Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably in entertainment, partnerships/sponsorships, and/or experiential fields. Financial services experience as plus, but not required)
  • 2+ years agency experience
  • Previous experience developing and executing campaigns and events – from development and planning to onsite support
  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) that achieves client goals and KPIs and is within budget parameters
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects and carry out work from start to finish.
  • Demonstrates a history of establishing effective working relationships with clients, partners/sponsors, and other cross-functional internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for a specific portfolio of partners, managing relationships with client(s), entertainment properties and partners, and external agency partners
  • Manage various projects and activations through planning, execution, and post-event recapping
  • Maintain financials, including billing, invoicing, tracking, and reporting, ensuring programs are executed within budget and managed according to client and agency procedures
  • Build and manage effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, working cross-functionally to solicit and convey all necessary information in a timely manner for client programs and activations
  • Support fulfilment of sponsorship deliverables and contractual assets, and provide consultative feedback to the client on opportunities as needed
  • Effectively communicate with team members in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build a thorough understanding of the client’s business, goals, and KPIs, and analyze client results into actionable takeaways
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitive trends in the marketplace to have a finger on the pulse of music and culture to identify future opportunities
  • Travel is required for this role
  • Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision

  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services experience as plus, but not required
