Requirements
- 5+ years as an AE, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager or equivalent quota carrying roles
- Real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
- Skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
- Experience growing from pilot to expansion with large accounts and negotiating 6 figure contracts with technical MSAs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline with large deal potential
- Being ahead of the curve on all industry trends (local to your territory and otherwise)
- Identifying new relationship build opportunities with your key accounts, whether that could be events, tradeshows, or campaigns
- Managing a team around you (in field technicians and prospectors) towards optimal outcomes
- Constantly demonstrating first-class communication, pipeline management and customer service skills to develop long-lasting relationships with customers
- Negotiating major contracts with eye towards portfolio expansion
