Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferable ideally within life sciences, or related field. A-level minimum requirement.
- 5 years+ experience in Account Management/Project Management roles, within a healthcare or medical communications agency is essential.
- Expert in Medical Affairs project types and deliverables.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic and commercial insights to align with their objectives.
- Have a deep understanding of therapy area, product and market, ensuring deliverables support client goals.
- Lead account teams, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support client services teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to organic growth.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, and key financial metrics to meet recovery objectives.
- Ensure adherence to industry guidelines (ABPI, EFPIA) and internal compliance standards.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess quality, timelines, and resource needs.
- Lead client onboarding and regular review meetings to drive satisfaction and future work.
