Requirements
- Experience running various 3D printers
- Very focused and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision
- Can smoothly navigate competing priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute projects
- Ability to troubleshoot 3D printers and 3D printing processes, and communicate issues as needed to process engineers and the site manager
Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and post-process 3D prints
- Ensure quality standards have been met and ship prints to customers
- Mentor junior team members
- Partner with site leadership on print farm operations and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and document them for further investigation
