Requirements
- You possess a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting
- You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings
- You demonstrate superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills
- You have the ability to adapt instructional material and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person & virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients
- Actively manage the learning environment
- Share subject matter expertise and experience with client participants by facilitating learning sessions
- Conduct one hour awareness building sessions also known as “lunch ‘n learns”
- Facilitate half- and full-day interactive, skill-building sessions focused on changing workplace behavior.
