Requirements
- High school diploma or GED

- The ability to travel 10% of the time.
- A valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Mass notification system administration, maintenance, end user training, and vendor collaboration
- Administer and coordinate industrial security activities following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal security regulations, directives, and manuals for safeguarding National Security Information
- Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the NISP, and 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule and a complete knowledge of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information and ensure compliance.
- Manage internal and external record management systems (i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS)
- Initiation, review, verification, and monitoring of employee personnel clearance investigations and re-investigations.
- Develop, coordinate, and enhance crisis mgmt and industrial security program documentation/security awareness training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Can complete the FSO Program Management for Non-Possessing Facilities [IS030.CU] CDSE course
- Have, or be able to obtain, a DoD Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance
- Previous experience in industrial security or crisis management
- Experience interpreting and applying National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) to comply with government requirements as they relate to industrial security
- Use and knowledge of government databases, i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS, e-QIP/e-App
