Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in intelligence, international studies, journalism or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting all-source analysis
- Any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and analyzes open source information to identify global geopolitical issues that could impact company personnel, assets or operations.
- Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of issues, situations, and events such as: terrorism, natural disasters, crime trends, as well as international politics and economies to understand potential impact to areas where the client has operational interests.
- Data mines and compiles analytics from various social media platforms.
- Provide support for regional security operations, event security, executive protection, and intelligence needs, as directed.
- Develops actionable insights and recommendations from gathered open source information to support decision-making and provides early warning of physical and operational risks to the company.
- Provides intelligence support to threat management, protective operations, and travel risk management programs.
- Routinely delivers strategic intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Assists in establishing standing and priority intelligence requirements for the department.
- Create intelligence reports and products, including but not limited to threat and vulnerability assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Knowledgeable on world news and current events.
- Formal Intelligence training to include Military, Government, Association, Private Sector Intelligence training certification course(s).
