Requirements

  • 3+ years of military, law enforcement, or emergency response experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing security operations
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of local on-site security guard force operations
  • Cultivate connections with local emergency services and police, aligning response procedures for each site
  • Forge and sustain collaborations with local site management teams, managing security protocols and emergency response strategies
  • Create and execute customized emergency readiness initiatives based on each site’s specific requirements
  • Adapt to various roles within the security team, taking on different tasks based on operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPP, PSP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in military, law enforcement or emergency response.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting access control and video management systems.
  • Experience in a security or safety function managing large sites, corporate, or manufacturing environments is desirable.
