Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level security systems
- Strong knowledge of security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security management systems
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating system designs and architectural drawings
- Experience with IP networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to security systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer comprehensive security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security management platforms.
- Manage security system projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine appropriate security measures and technologies.
- Develop detailed system specifications, architectural drawings, and technical documentation for security installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security systems integrate seamlessly with IT infrastructure and other relevant systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and products to enhance Anduril’s security posture.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and integrators throughout the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support for security systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security system operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all security system designs and implementations.
- Provide technical training and support to security personnel and end-users on new systems and technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in security technology and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Anduril’s security infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based security solutions and IoT devices
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in security systems
- Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework and other relevant standards
- Experience in a defense or high-tech industry setting
- Exposure to UL 2050 considerations for US Government Classified programs
