Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in recruiting, building and leading technical teams, including performance management.
- Experience translating technical concepts into language that is understood to audiences including software engineers, business and technical leaders.
- Experience performing security assurance activities (reviews, SAST/DAST, mitigations).
- Experience in managing a team conducting assurance activities.
- Knowledge and understanding of attack surfaces for products.
- Experience in at least one of PHP, Hack, Python, C, C++, or Java.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform research to identify new ways of achieving your mission.
- Work with vulnerability management, offensive security group, and other security programs to align remediation efforts and best protect the company from known threats.
- Design, scope, and lead technical assessments on Meta products.
- Manage the building of assurance automation, scoping, or other security work, and use this model to inform and drive our assessments.
- Design, build and manage a team of security engineers focused on both the unique systems and technologies used at Meta.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex, multi-stage, multi-person pentests for new internal customers or external vendors.
- Experience with GenAI.
