Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
- 2 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
- 2 years of coding experience in one or more general purpose languages.
- 1 year of experience with security controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of specific controls and their implementation.
- Assess the signal quality and impact of any constraints or limitations in the available data and potential impact or risks.
- Recommend to partner teams on how the signal can be improved.
- Provide accurate and contextualized controls data to upstream consumers and stakeholders.
- Enable regression monitoring and alerting to ensure continued compliance and a robust security posture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry compliance and security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CSA, etc.).
- Understanding of governance regulations and compliance (GRC) systems, monitoring systems and related platforms.
- Understanding of Security, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance domains.
