Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Business Profiles, Google Maps, & Apple Maps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to utilize formulas & organize data.
- Stellar research skills and ability to familiarize yourself with new topics and industries quickly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to review data, offer options, and resolve problems.
- Proficiency in Internet navigation.

- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately.
Responsibilities
- Regular Audits on Centers’ Information across Search Engines & Internal Platforms.
- Identify the root issue/cause of listing or map errors.
- Daily communication via phone, email, & Teams messaging with the Field & Internal Stakeholders to stay up to date with all things related to U-Haul locations.
- Google Business Profile Manager: Cleanup of Profiles.
- Managing Updates, Duplicates, Unverified, & Suspended Profiles.
- Optimize the Google Business Profiles for overall performance and ranking.
- Google API: Research issues, use internal API tools, fix errors, & run the API.
- Coordinate with the Web team, Dealer Services, VoIP team, and telephone provisioning to research & correct internal listing information.
- Ensure online listings are created and closed appropriately to establish or maintain listing consistency, and accuracy throughout the internet.
