Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- Security+ certification
- Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
Responsibilities
- Manages team to provide VDI support including images, infrastructure, networking, Tier 2/3 support, and CDI terminal support.
- Leads modernization initiatives for virtualization efforts such as Infrastructure as Code and Automation.
- Responsible for capacity and user planning and balancing of server and network infrastructure to align with customer requirements.
- Coordinates Authorized Service Interruptions and leads implementation of patching, and configuring virtualized environments.

- ITIL 4 Foundations
- VMWare Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
- VMWare Certified Advanced Professional – Data Center Virtualization Design (VCAP-DCVD)
- Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Virtualization
- VMWare Certified Specialist -vSAN
- Dell EMC Proven Professional VxRail and vSAN Specialist
