Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- Security+
- Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
Responsibilities
- Manages and directs the storage administrators that maintain SAN, NAS, and Object storage.
- Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems including storage and backup.
- Works with developers, service teams, project teams, and stakeholders to identify storage needs for systems, applications, and services.
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends storage solutions, upgrades, and new technologies.
- May implement upgrades and/or enhancements to server and storage filer infrastructure to support distributed, high volume data storage, and networked file sharing.
