Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and directs the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of a contract.
- Manages task order performance and executes oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, to include administrative components (i.e. scope, schedule, costs, deliverables) as well as personnel management of the contracted workforce (i.e. staffing, training, professional development).
- Provides leadership and mentorship throughout the contracting team, to include to less-experienced contractor personnel.
- Assists the Program Manager in support to the customer Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officers Representative.
