Responsibilities
- Provides network monitoring and analysis of Command and Control (C2) network systems, supporting NetOps activities across all of USSTRATCOM.
- Uses Government provided monitoring tools to identify potential incidents or degradations of services, applications, or networks.
- Responsible for maintaining situational awareness of services, networks, applications, and associated devices.
- Performs proactive monitoring of applications for status, performance, and health.
- Monitors and evaluates configurations and performance of services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Desired Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations; CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CyCA+); or Certified SOC Analyst; or GCIA; or CISM; or GCFA; or Certified Malware Analyst (CMA)
