Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Experience with optical microscopies, laser spectroscopies, photon correlation measurements, and/or quantum measurements and manipulations
- Proven track record of research in areas such as quantum information sciences, energy materials, photophysics, or opto/microelectronics
- Strong ability to collaborate with a diverse research community and provide scientific guidance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to model Argonne’s core values of impact, safety, respect, integrity, and teamwork
- RD2: Bachelors and 5+ years of experience, Masters and 3+ years, or PhD and 0+ years, or equivalent
