Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a bioanalytical lab, including LC/MS method development
- Experience with biological sample preparation and analytical instrumentation
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Responsibilities
- Perform LC/MS analyses including HPLC setup, mass spectrometer tuning, and chromatographic peak integration
- Develop and validate rugged bioanalytical methods for discovery and regulated studies
- Prepare biological samples using extraction techniques such as protein precipitation and solid-phase extraction
- Document experimental findings, analyze method development data, and contribute to study timelines
- Conduct instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, and train junior staff
- Support sample logistics, reagent preparation, and supply maintenance
- Engage in client communication and contribute to scientific initiatives
- Promote adherence to GLP, SOPs, and IQVIA lab protocols

- Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and analytical thinking
- Proficient in LC/MS techniques and bioanalytical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior staff
