Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain work schedules for Nursing and Admissions staff.
- Monitor schedules for conflicts, call-offs, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with department heads regarding employee’s requested time off to ensure it is noted on the schedule and adequate coverage is maintained.
