Requirements
- Experience running customer or creator-facing programs from concept to execution—ideally in a creator-first or media company environment
- Energized by working with creators and confident in external-facing work like growth consultations, webinars, or speaking engagements
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where constantly shifting between program design, execution, and creator communication
- Highly organized, with a track record of building and managing systems and comfort in various CRMs
- Ability to identify meaningful creator signals and translate them into insights for cross-functional teams
- Proactive operator with strong judgment and bias for action—comfortable wearing multiple hats and juggling multiple programs at once
- Bring a strategic lens to work, but aren’t afraid to get in the weeds and drive execution yourself
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scaled programs to drive engagement, adoption, and growth across a broad segment of Patreon’s creators
- Host webinars, accelerators, and creator spotlight sessions
- Manage the scaled inbox
- Develop thought leadership initiatives
- Run one-off growth consultations
- Design, test, and manage high-impact, net-new programs to help creators succeed on Patreon
- Act as a strategic operator, a creator-facing coach, and a program builder
- Represent scaled creators internally, surfacing actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and other internal teams
