Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales, account management or outbound within the B2B space technology space.
- Experience in Team management
- Familiarity with SAP products, especially SAP S/4HANA and other related solutions, is highly valuable.
- Experience in ERP Reseller Channel or similar a plus.
- Experienced using Customer Relationship Management System. HubSpot experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading a BDR or sales team. Experience in training, mentoring, and driving performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SVP Sales and Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategies for outbound sales and lead generation that align with the firm’s business goals.
- Identify target markets, industries, and accounts for outreach, ensuring that the team focuses on opportunities that align with the firm’s strengths and offerings.
- Ensure to contribute to a healthy and well-maintained sales pipeline, ensuring qualified leads are passed to the sales team.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, target industries, and lead handoff processes.
- Communicate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and messaging based on the team’s interactions with prospects. Provide insights to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Regularly report to senior management on performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Analyze trends in lead generation and conversion.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance, optimize outreach strategies, and provide data-backed recommendations for improving team results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure the team is trained and equipped with the best techniques for BDR success.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities by researching and engaging with potential clients across various industries.
- Ensure that leads align with the firm’s ideal customer profile, determining their suitability for VistaVu services.
- Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Hubspot and OneVu) to track lead generation activities, follow-ups, and status updates for each lead.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to introduce VistaVU services and products to potential clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, particularly related to SAP, to identify key opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Provide insights into the prospect’s needs and challenges.
- Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting quotas as defined by the firm’s sales targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their pain points and explaining how VistaVu Services and solutions can solve business challenges.
- Organize and schedule initial sales meetings for Account Executives.
- Follow up on interest, help answer questions, and flow through the buyer’s journey to qualify and convert leads into Sales Accepted Lead’s for the Account Executives and ultimately their successful deal closes.
- Drive results and create pipeline through weekly call targets, outreach campaigns, and prospect research.
- Nurture positive relationships with decision makers of leads, prospects, partners, and potential customers.
- Leverage information and tools that helps provide information along the buyer’s journey, including creating call scripts and email templates personalized to the prospect.
- Leverage digital presence to drive social engagement and connections through LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms.
- Help drive attendance and awareness for our webinars and events to improve our registration numbers and promote our products and services.
- Book Call meetings for the Account Executives.
- Planning, preparation, and attendance and follow up for Regional/Sales Events.
- Add leads & ensure data accuracy in VistaVu’s customer relationship management system (CRM) and communicate any changes and updates to both the sales and marketing teams and monitoring progress.
- Provide regular updates on new accounts and contacts made during our weekly sales team calls.
- Be a positive representative of VistaVu’s core values to our prospects and customers in all your interactions.
