Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
- A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years’ experience in Net New sales within the ERP industry.
- Good experience and exposure to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding customer base.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams and Net New quota through ERP SaaS products, preferably with experience in S/4HANA Cloud solutions or SAP Business ByDesign.
- Familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Understands how SAP ERP solutions can address business needs and drive operational efficiencies.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota targets set by the company.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Must have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges or setbacks.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to prospects, demonstrating the value and benefits of our S/4HANA Cloud Public & Private and BTP solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to develop customized client proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of potential new customers.
- Assess the viability of leads through initial conversations, understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and fostering trust.
- Engage with various stakeholders within the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, IT managers, and end-users.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options, ensuring alignment with the customer’s budget and value expectations.
- Drive the sales process to a successful close, meeting or exceeding sales targets for new business.
