Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM and/or MES support, addressing user queries and issues efficiently.
- Assist users in navigating and utilizing SAP EWM and/or MES functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to SAP EWM and/or MES.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams as needed.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance system understanding and usage.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or issues to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and system integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekend shifts, to provide continuous support coverage.
