Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production SAP environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a single area: SAP Basis R/3, SAP Basis NetWeaver, SAP Basis BW, SAP Basis XI/PI, SAP Basis SCM, SAP Portals, SAP ECC 6
- Minimum of 1 year of experience RDBMS Management
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent (minimum 6 years’ work experience.)
Responsibilities
- Provides technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management.
- Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments
- Provide SAP HANA support
- Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape
- Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape
- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary
- Participate in application updates and upgrade projects
- Perform system refreshes
- Conduct performance tuning
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help
- Execute projects when requested
- Implement process improvement measures within the environment.
