Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Member of the California State Bar in good standing
Responsibilities
- Legal and factual research and analysis
- Assistance with case management, development, valuation, and strategy
- Legal writing for varied audiences from assessor personnel and clerks to judges and clients
- Oral advocacy in varied contexts from auditors and assessor personnel to formal legal settings
- Frequent client interactions
