Requirements
- Excellent Customer Experience Management skills

Responsibilities
- Create new and maintain existing customers
- Handle incoming inquiries and walk-in customers
- Demonstrate and sell previously owned Freightliner and other brand commercial trucks and extended warranties
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory online and market this inventory to prospective customers
- Prospect by phone, make appointments, and handle incoming phone and internet inquiries
- Keep in contact with customers throughout the sales process and follow up after the sale
- Maintain a database of prospects and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree is preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- 5-7 years of transportation experience preferred
- Customer mining experience
- Previous advertising or marketing experience
- Ability to negotiate in a multicultural business environment
- Attain Class B CDL within first 180 days of employment preferred
