Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve Fiix’s online shopping experience built on Salesforce B2C Commerce
- Partner with Enterprise Business Analysts to build custom solutions using Salesforce tools like Apex and Visualforce
- Optimize business processes using Salesforce declarative workflow tools
- Conduct quality assurance testing of solutions developed by teammates
- Monitor, review and resolve Apex errors as they arise
- Assist Fiix’s Salesforce Administrator with deploying changes to the production environment of Salesforce and troubleshooting Salesforce issues reported by users
- Write UAT test cases, facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders, and document user feedback
- Create end-user enablement documentation
- Keep systems in line with best practices and compliance requirements
- Interface with third party vendors and/or developers on system customization, including needs analysis, testing and QA
- Proactively recommend and drive new approaches to addressing process gaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce B2C Commerce storefronts, or at least the equivalent experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- 3 – 5 years of Salesforce developer experience using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Fluent in Salesforce declarative workflow automation tools
- Knowledge of Dataloader or Workbench
- User-centric, empathetic approach to introducing systems change
