Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with detailed knowledge of functionality.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Operations role.
- Knowledge of data loading tools, such as dataloader, workbench, etc.
- Experience building automation with Flow Builder.
- Detail-oriented person with strong change management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage your time effectively.
- Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day system operations within Salesforce platform.
- Provide regular end-user training related to new features, enhancements, and changes to the system.
- Oversee the user-administration process, including user activation, role structure, profiles, adoption, and permissions.
- Provide technical support to end-users across the sales technology stack, including SFDC, Clari, Chorus, etc.
- Support the evolution of our SFDC instance by identifying improvements and gathering requirements for completion.
- Assist in building automation to improve the user experience.
