Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, including experience building flows for complex business processes tied to high-value projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes within Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to ensure our system remains up to date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred but not required.
