Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, including experience building flows for complex business processes tied to high-value projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes within Salesforce.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
