Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a revenue-focused environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required); Advanced Admin and/or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in declarative automation (Flows), object and schema design, and system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience supporting integrations with tools like Outreach/Gong, HubSpot, LeanData and similar.
- Strong attention to detail and process mindset with a passion for creating scalable, reliable systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while also operating independently and prioritizing effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce architecture including custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and user permissions.
- Own backend administration, issue resolution, and user support across the Revenue team.
- Design and implement automated workflows and processes to support a rapidly growing GTM team.
- Ensure data integrity through routine audits, duplicate management, and process enforcement.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, HubSpot Marketing, and LeanData.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including workflow diagrams and system design artifacts.
- Adhere to DevOps best practices using sandboxes, change sets, and deployment strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and/or Sigma for analytics and business intelligence.
