Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Logistics, 3PL, or Transportation as an Account Manager or Business Development Representative is required.
- Strong knowledge of product and selling skills
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating a customer-focused sales force
- Collaborate with both internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to develop content for sales training programs.
- Provide recommendations on training and talent development approaches (onboarding, learning, engagement and performance) to improve overall performance of the sales team.
- Utilize the SAM Model of instructional design to create world class training experiences for both new hire and existing Spot Employees.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual sales training sessions to Account Management & Business Development Teams.
- Perform regular coaching sessions with sales staff employees across all Spot office locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience delivering high-impact, engaging sales training to business development and account management teams is preferred
