Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience w/Salesforce
- Proficiency in the Salesforce Admin role
- Proficiency and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
- Extensive organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize sales tools such as CRM, sales automation, and analytics platforms to support the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise a Data Specialist role to support with day to day needs of Sales Operations and systems management
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for sales team members to ensure proper tool utilization and adoption.
- Maintain data accuracy, manage integrations, and generate reports to support sales performance analysis and decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows, automation, and tool functionalities to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate new tools, manage licenses, and ensure system alignment with business needs.

- Proficient in using Salesforce, GSuite, Excel, Slack, Zoom.
- Attention to detail to ensure data processes and support.
- Strong communicator who is comfortable in a position collaborating with multiple teams and departments.
