Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role supporting a team or equivalent
- Strong experience with Outlook calendar management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating and customizing Keynote or PowerPoint presentations
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of tasks
- Detail-oriented and love keeping things organized
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the sales and relationship management teams to streamline processes and support business priorities
- Coordinating external partner visits and handling key client milestones and events
- Managing multiple busy calendars and coordinating next steps in the sales process
- Providing administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas, note-taking and customizing Keynote presentations
- Researching and mining for impactful data that helps create value to our partners
