Requirements
- Advanced capabilities in managing sophisticated sales orders
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, SFDC CPQ, and Clari
- High proficiency in delivering exceptional customer support
- Skills in performing detailed sales data analysis
- Ability to design and lead comprehensive training initiatives
- Expertise in creating high-quality sales materials
- Extensive knowledge and use of CRM systems
- Skills in planning and leading strategic sales projects
- Proficiency in resolving complex sales issues
- Background in sales enablement, reporting, and process automation
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute and refine complex sales order processes
- Develop comprehensive and tailored customer quotes and proposals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead advanced product training programs and workshops
- Draft and oversee the production of major sales documents and collateral
- Manage extensive updates and integrity of customer databases
- Lead strategic sales meetings and project sessions
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve critical issues
- Produce and interpret advanced sales performance reports
- Oversee the coordination and execution of high-impact sales events
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, Power BI, ZoomInfo, Duns & Bradstreet, SFDC CPQ, and Clari for reporting and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
