Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume call center sales environment required.
- 3+ years’ experience selling homeowners insurance required.
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Team Lead/Supervisor role required.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members across departments.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven mathematical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve results.
- Manage agent readiness, performance, and availability.
- Oversee schedules and timesheets, ensuring schedule adherence and accurate time reporting.
- Track calls, monitor abandonment rates, and ensure agent accountability.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of data entry and policy structure.
- Manage lead assignments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Listen to calls, provide feedback, and conduct quality audits.
- Report on team performance, key metrics, and outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new and existing staff.
- In partnership with agency leadership, implement new sales strategies and processes.
- Manage the team’s technology needs, working cross-functionally to ensure systems are operational and optimized, including phone, chat, SMS, and Salesforce.
- Foster a motivating and supportive team environment.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
