Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing operations roles
- Experience in using SQL and visualization tools for analysis and reporting (python experience is nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal skills, effective at facilitating open and sometimes difficult community/customer conversations with a positive, solutions-oriented outlook.
- Able to sequence tasks and manage time effectively.
- Direct experience with creators or as a creator is a nice-to-have
Responsibilities
- Work with the Inbound Acquisition lead and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities across all stages of the creator journey
- Work with Design, PMM and Creator Acquisition teams to create and test different email copies that help identify what messaging work best
- Work with the Inbound Acquisition Lead to set up reporting of key metrics for the inbound funnel
- Summarize and publish key findings from a study to relevant audiences. Make a Stop / Start / Pause / Modify decision based on the findings
- Work on continuously identify areas of opportunity to streamline and optimize processes
