Requirements
- Previous experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, product development, or financial analysis / analytical role
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical acumen (e.g. statistical/financial analysis, business case development)
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and business planning skills
- Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives focused on business growth and development
- Ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations for executive audiences under tight timelines
- Sense of urgency to move projects forward
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal / presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and clearly define business opportunities
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and integrate their needs
- Must work well in a fast-paced business and display professionalism and confidence in complex situations
- Advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies and plans that align with organizational growth goals
- Identify, define, develop and communicate strategies rooted in consumer insights to deliver business goals and drive revenue for international teams
- Support leadership team by developing strategic points of view and collaborating with partners to drive decision making
- Develop revenue generation opportunities with a focus on providing support to executives, helping develop new opportunities (products, services, partnerships)
- Assess the market environment, identify gaps/opportunities, build the business case, ensure operational feasibility and efficiency of new opportunities
- Assist with Long Term Plan, Annual Plan, and Integrated Communication Plans across all lines of business
- Manage International budgets, Disneycopyright platform, marketing guidelines, and newsletters
- Effectively communicate opportunities and tailor communications to the audience (Executives, Managers, Peer Groups, Internal and External Partners)
- Partner extensively with Sales, CIMA, Consumer Marketing and other LOBs acting as a key integration point
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel and / or hospitality industry experience in a sales or marketing role
- Knowledge of Disney Destinations Sales and Marketing
