Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Business Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar
- Strong technical skills and background; Excel and SQL required; you have familiar with data structures and systems
- Process-driven instincts with extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic, and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth
- OK with occasional weekend work
- A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a strong desire to achieve your goals

Responsibilities
- Partner within the partnerships team and outside of it; you’ll work closely with our head of partnerships strategy & operations, business leads, and sales org
- Manage and enhance our tooling to ensure we are meeting staff and partner needs; think like a product manager and execute like an operator
- Go deep to become a subject matter expert on our operators, partners, and industries
- Design and communicate charters, pilot plans, and roll-out plans to help inform and align stakeholders
- Deftly drive full projects and complex work streams to impact metrics and goals at the full team level
