Requirements
- 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in fintech or banking with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic deals.
- Experience leading and closing $200K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, InfoSec, and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviews.
- Strong Customer Centricity and Product Thinker
- Proven experience in driving sales from zero to first transaction
- Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.), and new AI tools transforming the sales tech stack.
- Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week at our NYC HQ.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed your quarterly revenue targets as we scale throughout 2025.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with opportunities valued at 3x your quota.
- Close deals with confidence, maintaining a 25% or higher win rate.
- Break into both fintech disruptors and established financial institutions within your first six months.
- Strategically plan and execute territory initiatives that drive growth and visibility.
- Identify and unlock cross-selling opportunities to deepen our impact within existing accounts.
- Establish trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to keep deals moving forward seamlessly.
- Deep-dive into our sales methodology and tech stack during your first 90 days.
- Keep CRM records precise and up-to-date for clear visibility.
- Drive efficient sales cycles, achieving an average of 90 days or less.
- Stay sharp on industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Share insights with product and marketing teams to fuel smarter strategies.
- Play a key role in shaping sales best practices as we continue to evolve.
