Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Life & health licensing (must be obtained upon hire if not currently licensed)
- 1.5 to 5 years of employee benefits sales experience
- Must be located in the Manhattan area
- Must be able to travel 1-2 days per week within the territory
- Excellent driving record is required
- Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a large, dynamic territory
- Serve as the key liaison between producers, customers and the company to drive sales goals and personal success
- Effectively utilize the full range of resources provided to ensure quota attainment
- Develop and continually improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence
