Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Life & health licensing (must be obtained upon hire if not currently licensed)
• 1.5 to 5 years of employee benefits sales experience
• Must be located in the Manhattan area
• Must be able to travel 1-2 days per week within the territory
• Excellent driving record is required
• Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large, dynamic territory
• Serve as the key liaison between producers, customers and the company to drive sales goals and personal success
• Effectively utilize the full range of resources provided to ensure quota attainment
• Develop and continually improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence
