Requirements

- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service ‘value’ and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR/ISR/Parts Counter organization to influence sales force effectiveness.
- Drive regular sales execution meetings with dealers and ensure implementation of business growth actions.
- Responsible for driving key growth metrics with dealers – including STU, CVA $’s, PSE $’s and Connectivity.
- Develop local action plans, leveraging data analytics, to attack lost sales.
- Collaborate & influence other internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective commercial relationship.
- Track opportunity, participation and close rates and report VOC/VOD.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations in territories covered.

- Experience in a field position (or working closely with Dealers)
