- Contact center or related industry, leading high value solution development opportunities particularly in Customer Operations (i.e. customer care, digital care, social care, retentions, and collections)
- Delivery or consulting for large-scale customer services operations
- Managed Services solutioning
- Consultative selling
- Client Relationship Development
- Commercial & pricing acumen
- Customer Insight
- Industry Insight- experience in a minimum of 1-2 industries.
Responsibilities
- Act as domain strategist in driving overall Origination
- Provide Subject Matter expertise through Sales cycle for customer operations services and execution
- Work with Song GTM team and Song Practitioners to ensure the scaled services for customer operations are always considered when a deal is originated
- Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges.
- Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
- Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
- As an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Customer Operations services.
- Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.
- Support Solutioning, Value Architecture, Deal Structuring, TVE, pricing and contracting.
