Requirements
- Two years of experience providing exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
- Must report daily to our office, this is not a work-from-home opportunity.
- Ability to work assigned shifts and weekend rotation if required.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals.
- Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
- Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office.
- Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale.
- Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms.
- This position will consist of heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times.

Preferred Qualifications
- Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
- An understanding of air conditioning/heating and/or plumbing are preferred.
