Requirements
- Experience in customer account management.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven follow-up skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com product solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate project details among multiple departments, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Motivated and energetic team player with a strong drive to take responsibility for success.
- Understanding of restructuring contract terms and conditions related to legal, finance, and billing.
- Experience with MS Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, computer systems, and communication tools (database experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and responding to customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Organization to refine the renewal process for maximum customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team to maintain a book of renewals.
- Triage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Team, based on customer needs.
- Develop a system to identify customers with high potential for churn, up-sell, and down-sell.
- Meet continued deadlines based on companys renewal expectations.
- Meet weekly goals and established metrics consistently.
- Utilize the provided tools effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
