Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable sales processes in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and sales performance analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in quota and territory planning with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, repeatable, and compliant sales process to drive consistency across teams.
- Develop sales enablement tools and resources to streamline workflows and enhance sales productivity.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify process gaps and continuously refine best practices.
- Own sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility into revenue trends.
- Establish full-funnel conversion metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize deal progression.
- Develop real-time dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
- Conduct territory analytics to ensure effective coverage and equitable distribution of opportunities.
- Set and manage sales quotas and budgets to align with Payzer’s growth strategy.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and goal-setting for sales teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for WEX Sales Transformation initiatives, ensuring Payzer’s sales strategies align with broader WEX objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, and Customer Success teams within the WEX matrix to drive go-to-market execution and improve sales effectiveness.
- Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding and Customer Care teams to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) to ensure data integrity, automation, and efficiency in tracking sales activities.
- Evaluate and implement sales technology solutions to improve lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure adoption of sales tools and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a matrixed enterprise structure (preferred)
