Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development, sales enablement, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of SDR methodologies, outreach strategies, and best practices
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing SDR performance metrics and optimizing sales development strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales development enablement strategies to enhance SDR performance and pipeline generation
  • Design and implement training programs, onboarding processes, and continuous learning initiatives for new and existing SDRs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure SDRs have the right messaging, content, and outreach strategies
  • Own the development and delivery of sales development playbooks, call scripts, objection handling techniques, and competitive intelligence materials
  • Evaluate and implement tools and automation solutions to streamline SDR workflows and increase efficiency
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs accordingly
  • Track and analyze SDR performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and optimize outreach strategies
  • Oversee lead generation strategies, pipeline management, and SDR activity reporting
  • Optimize outbound and inbound prospecting processes to improve conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development, coaching, and enablement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead routing, territory assignments, and campaign execution processes
  • Maintain and optimize sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong), ensuring campaigns, sequences, and templates are up to date and effective
