Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ongoing validation and correctness of bookings for the assigned units
- Understanding the data structure of the unit, the booking plans, and the results
- Building meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit and serve as main focal point for the unit’s sales organization
- Participating leading several global tasks for the entire team
- Providing ongoing support and resolve booking related inquiries and exceptions with the business operations teams
- Helping streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end booking processes
- Providing world-class customer service to our Business Operations & Sales Organization
- Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed
