Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of direct work experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on hardware and software products.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Drive sales of hardware and software products within the PCB and ECI sectors – PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large, complex, and high-visibility accounts.
- Knowledge of additional products within the North America Business Unit (NABU) organization.
- Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven sales track record.
