Requirements
- Financial services or related sales management experience of 5 – 7 years is preferred.
- Licensure required Series, 7, 24, 63, 65/66.
- Identified individual will exhibit strong sales and customer relationship experience, a full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning, full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards (including delivery of service against those standards) and will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every customer interaction.
- Ability to coach, build a team, understand relationship between organizational strategy and business plan components is required.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional leadership traits are required.
Responsibilities
- Ultimate regulatory oversight in a fiduciary environment to staff, train and lead a team of investment advisor representatives while meeting asset retention, sales production and customer satisfaction goals.
- Accountable for adherence to firm’s FINRA (and other regulatory) supervisory guidelines and procedures.
- Attainment of asset retention, sales production, consolidation and customer satisfaction goals for their team and the organization.
- Create a positive work environment with a commitment to coaching and employee development.
- Participation in the development and execution of business plans to meet organizational strategic initiatives.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree is required. MBA, CFP or CFA designations are preferred, not required.
- CRPC designation (may be attained).
