Requirements
- Strong contacts and relationships within the programmatic marketplace
- Deep understanding of the mobile and video media ecosystems
- 6-12+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a video publisher or SSP
- Proven track record of securing and growing revenue from programmatic and other indirect channel partners
- Successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person, over the phone or video conference
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities
- Actively drive advertising revenue by promoting and pitching new/existing Samsung Ads products and inventory to External Demand partners to achieve annual and quarterly revenue objectives
- Proactively identify new External Demand partners to grow, expand, and diversify the business
- Gather market intelligence from External Demand partners and share into the broader cross-functional organization – including HQ –inclusive of trends and best practices to ensure continued innovation to meet changing marketplace needs
- Monitor key revenue and other performance indicators of each assigned External Demand partner and accurately forecast revenue, identify irregularities, and seek out opportunities for growth with competitive insight
- Actively communicate any meaningful product updates for Samsung Ads products to assigned partners and return feedback to the organization on potential implications to each partner’s business
- Develop a roadmap of live or upcoming innovations in the marketplace to ensure we maintain full coverage of demand as the marketplace evolves and continue to “lead from the front”
- Formalize partner management practices to maximize engagement from partner demand generation teams
